I booked an order on 7.11.2019 amounting to Rs. 1700/-, which includes Rs. 100/- courier charges, by order no ORDER SCO10780, to be delivered at Dehradun. at the time of placing the order expected delivery date shown on your / fedex site was 14.11.2019, till today it has not been deliverd.
and Fed ex has initiated a trace operation, what about my items or amount paid to you.. is there any relief to me available from your side
