Have been a loyal customer for several months before I had a recent appallingly inconveniencing experience; ordered Azeemah over a week ago; the courier company refused to deliver the package as it was damaged. The company claims they have alerted scentkart.com about the issue and that they won't deliver and despite several phone calls and emails asking scentkart.com how to proceed further, there is no word. Tremendously disappointed at this unprofessional after-sale conduct.
